Leading Change from Within

The Change Agent Program (CAP) is designed to measurably improve quality and safety in participating Bay Area hospitals by equipping participants with the leadership and change management skills needed to affect and sustain positive change‚ÄĒregardless of their position within a hospital. CAP is a unique interdisciplinary training program developing and supporting emerging hospital leaders in all departments, particularly those with a passion and vision for change.
