Allied and Auxiliary Health Care Workforce Project: Bringing stakeholders together to develop new approaches to address educational and training challenges faced by allied and auxiliary workers.

California Workforce Initiative: Projects and publications exploring, promoting and advancing reform within the California health care workforce.

Center for California Health Workforce Studies: Bringing together a multi-disciplinary team of investigators to examine critical issues in the distribution, diversity, supply and competence of health professionals in California and other western states.

Health Workforce Tracking Collaborative: Tracking and evaluating efforts to address health care workforce shortages, maldistribution and representation in California.


CHCF Leadership Program: A fellowship that offers clinically trained health care professionals the experiences, competencies and skills necessary for effective vision and leadership of our health care system.

RWJ Executive Nurse Fellows Program: An advanced leadership program for nurses in senior executive roles who are aspiring to lead and shape the US health care system of the future.

Pharmacy Leadership Institute: Perhaps no sector in health care is experiencing evolution as quickly as pharmacy. This Institute has been created to examine these issues and the leadership opportunities they provide.
