Leadership Services
We have over 16 years of experience creating and administering leadership development programs for a range of health professionals, from nurses and pharmacy leaders to community clinic mangers. Our programs provide the managerial training, tools, vision, knowledge, and professional networks these individuals need to make systemic improvements in health care.
Research Services
Health care leaders rely on the Center’s unbiased data, rigorous analysis, and extensive team of experts to help them better understand and address issues that impact the health care system and workforce both in California and nationwide. Our research teams bring expertise across a range of specialties - including biomedical research, community leadership, medical education, and government policy.
Assessment Services
Through our leadership programs, we offer assessment services and tools to facilitate ongoing individual and organizational growth and development. These tools facilitate understanding of individual differences and uncover new ways for participants to work and interact with others, to learn how different conflict-handling styles affect personal and group dynamics, and to obtain 360-degree feedback on job-related strengths and weaknesses from coworkers. Through these services, the Center helps leaders increase their self-awareness and self-knowledge to enable them to become more effective change agents.
Coaching Services
Executive coaching is an integral component of leadership development. Coaching provides an opportunity for health care leaders to receive individualized, ongoing support in their development. A coach partners with a client to identify leadership goals and develop a structured plan to work toward those goals. Throughout the program, the coach and client communicate at regular intervals to track progress toward the goals, address challenges and integrate learning.
